PROFESSIONAL ENQUIRIES

Programme delivery, curriculum and licensing, research collaboration, speaking, and expressions of interest for the Governance Chamber and The Commission.

Every enquiry on this page is read personally. Read the categories below and identify which applies to your situation before you write; enquiries that fit a category receive considered responses, and enquiries that fit none are unlikely to receive one. That is not a wall. It is how the reading time is protected for the people who came here with real work.

Curriculum, programmes and institutional partnerships: Thomasina develops and delivers creative economy programmes and curricula for universities, cultural institutions, schools and leadership cohorts, and licenses curricula from The Multiverse's educational ecosystems. If you are enquiring about curriculum development, programme delivery, licensing, or an institutional partnership, describe the institution, the specific territory you want the work to cover, the audience, and the timeline you are working toward.

Research collaborations: The Multiverse's analytical work sits in productive dialogue with academic research in African studies, media studies, cultural policy, the economics of creative industries, governance, and related fields. If you are a researcher or research institution interested in formal collaboration, describe your research territory and the specific question you believe the Narrative Engineering framework can contribute to.

Speaking, media and conference engagements: Thomasina speaks at conferences, institutional events and leadership gatherings on Narrative Engineering, creative economy infrastructure, African and diasporic political economy, governance and accountability, and the intersection of AI with creative institutions. Include the event name, date, format, audience, and the specific subject you would like addressed. Media enquiries relating to The Multiverse's published investigative work should identify the outlet, the piece concerned, and the deadline.

Strategic advisory: For organisations whose challenge is real but not yet at the scale of The Commission, limited advisory engagements are occasionally undertaken where the fit is right. Describe the organisation, the constraint, and the timeframe; if the right shape for the work is a different door on this page, the response will say so plainly.

The Governance Chamber: expressions of interest: The Governance Chamber is the most restricted space inside The Multiverse: a sealed analytical environment producing systems failure analysis and replacement architecture for a maximum of three to five members globally, operated as a direct relationship with L'El-Roi Global Ltd outside this site's membership system entirely. It is built for institutions, foundations, policy bodies and principals whose work requires analysis that cannot be done in the open. An expression of interest should contain four things: the institution or context you operate from; the territory of concern and which chamber of the library it touches; the specific governance question, system failure, or architecture project you would bring to a membership year; and your confidentiality requirements. Membership is confirmed by conversation and invoice, never by checkout. Terms are discussed directly and are not published.

The Commission: expressions of interest: The Commission is The Multiverse's apex engagement: a structured year of applied intellectual partnership with Thomasina Legend, in which the Narrative Engineering framework is applied in full depth to the specific structural challenge the member brings. Between four and six members are accepted annually. An expression of interest should contain four things: a description of the organisation or context you are operating from; a specific description of the structural challenge or reengineering project you would bring to the engagement; a clear statement of why you believe the Narrative Engineering framework is the right tool for that challenge; and a brief account of what you have already done or tried in relation to it.

Expressions of interest that do not contain the four elements will not be advanced. This is not a filter for exclusion; it is a condition of productive engagement, because if the challenge cannot yet be articulated specifically, the work is not ready to begin. Pricing and terms are discussed in the conversation that follows. They are not published.

What this page is not for: General promotional requests, guest post offers, requests to advertise products or services to The Multiverse's audience, unsolicited investment proposals, and link exchange requests will not receive a response.

Genuine enquiries are reviewed within five to seven working days. If your enquiry is time-sensitive, state the deadline in your first line. Expressions of interest for the Governance Chamber and The Commission may take longer; they are read with the attention they deserve.
